在您进行报名操作前，我们特此依据中国大陆相关法律法规要求，向您告知以下重要信息，请您务必认真阅读：
一、唯一中方合作机构及市场合作伙伴：
北京华琨基业教育科技有限公司（简称：华琨公司）是金融建模协会（FMI）在中国大陆地区的唯一授权中方合作机构，整体负责项目运营、合规建设和市场开发等工作。
为更好满足国内市场需求，为考生提供更多便利，金融建模协会（FMI）及中方合作机构北京华琨基业教育科技有限公司择优遴选市场合作伙伴，负责在中国大陆地区开展相关的市场合作与推广工作，目前共同授权的市场合作伙伴为：
北京联证合信管理咨询有限公司
二、报名流程与数据合规：
当前所有考试报名信息将由中方合作机构通过其指定市场合作伙伴进行收集与整理。中方合作机构会将符合要求的报名数据提交至金融建模协会（FMI）全球系统。
请您注意：如果您不同意中方机构（及授权合作伙伴）将您的相关信息报送FMI全球系统，请您立即终止线上报名流程。
从即日起，通过中方合作机构报名考试的考生才会被认定为在中国大陆地区的正式考生，未来才有机会享受相应的地方人才政策。
报名确认与支付：
报名信息成功提交后，您将收到由金融建模协会（FMI）官方系统（info@fminstitute.com）发送的电子邮件，确认您的报名信息及相关支付详情。
请您务必根据该FMI官方邮件的指引完成支付流程。支付成功即标志着您已完成全部考试报名程序。

Dear Candidate,
We sincerely thank you for choosing the Financial Modeling Institute (FMI) certification program, dedicated to enhancing your financial modeling skills through the philosophy of lifelong learning. We are very pleased to welcome you to FMI’s global learning network.
Before you proceed with the registration process, we would like to inform you of the following important information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations in Mainland China. Please read this notice carefully:
1. Sole Local Chinese Partner:
Beijing Huakun Jiye Education Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Huakun”) is the exclusive authorized local partner of the Financial Modeling Institute (FMI) in Mainland China, responsible for project operations, compliance, and market development.
To better meet market demand and provide greater convenience to candidates, FMI and our Chinese partner Huakun have been selecting market service providers to conduct related market cooperation and promotional activities in Mainland China. The currently authorized market service providers are:
CertOne World Management Consulting Co., Ltd.
2. Registration Process and Data Compliance:
All exam registration candidate information from Mainland China will be collected through FMI’s designated market service providers. The China service providers and Huakun will then submit compliant registration data to FMI. Please note: If you do not agree with Huakun and its authorized service providers submitting your relevant information to the FMI global system, please do not continue with the online registration process. Only candidates who register for the exam through FMI’s China partners will be recognized as official candidates in Mainland China, and will have the opportunity to benefit from relevant current and future local talent policies.
3. Registration Confirmation and Payment:
Once your registration information is successfully submitted, you will receive an email from FMI (info@fminstitute.com), confirming your registration details and related payment instructions. Please be sure to complete the payment process according to the instructions in the official FMI email. Successful payment signifies that you have completed the entire exam registration process. Our China partners will work closely with you and FMI to provide you with a smooth registration experience. If you have any questions regarding the registration process, please contact your official market service providers or Huakun.
